Positive environments are essential to help all youth thrive. However, the health needs of LGBT Youth can differ from their heterosexual peers. Some LGBT youth are more likely than their heterosexual peers to experience adverse health and life outcomes. It is crucial that at-risk LGBT youth have access to resources and support to deal with the questions and challenges they may face as they mature.

Our Peer Educators Program offers one-to-one counselling that is confidential and free of charge. Trained peer counsellors are available to meet in person with groups and organisations and answer questions about the services we offer.

Our peer counsellors are not therapists, and we do not diagnose or prescribe medication. We are volunteers trained and supervised by mental health professionals. We work closely with our clients to help them make changes and see results. Also, we can offer clients referrals to resources and information on a variety of issues including organisations, support groups, therapist and more.
